Is the the municpal police hiring process different from other law enforcement application processes?

Yes, the municipal police hiring process differs from other law enforcement application processes. Every law enforcement department across Canada has marginally different application processes.

We are with you until you get hired or pursue an alternative career. We have clients hired in three months, and some younger applicants have been with us for many years. 

Yes, many of our applicants are already in the RCMP or another police department’s application process and hire us just for the municipal police interview coaching portion.  

Typically, 5-6 Police service interview coaching sessions prepare you for the police interview, but we are more focused and committed to preparing you for your police service interview.

We want at least three weeks. Although many clients come to us with shorter timelines, and we try to accommodate them, three weeks is optimal. 

Most of our time is taken up with applicants going through the three or four largest Canadian law enforcement departments; anEDGE has experience dealing with each department’s application process and is not restricted to municipal police, CBSA, or the RCMP application processes. We also provide correction services and sheriff’s departments.
