1. Workstyle Preference

Applicants respond to workplace-related statements using a scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. There are no right or wrong answers. Respond honestly, answer from a workplace perspective and avoid overthinking each statement.

2. Language Comprehension

This section includes word meanings and word relationships. Each component has a five-minute time limit and awards one point for every correct answer. Applicants may select “I don’t know” when uncertain.

3. Numerical Skills

This section covers basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and order-of-operations calculations. It contains two timed components of approximately three minutes each. Pen and paper are permitted, but calculators and outside assistance are not.

4. Spatial Skills

Applicants complete four components involving rotating two-dimensional shapes, three-dimensional shapes, mechanical problems, and cubes and folding shapes. Each component is timed, so both accuracy and efficient visual reasoning are important.

5. Memory Quotient

Applicants briefly study images, numbers or written information before answering questions from memory. The section takes approximately 25 minutes and must be completed in one session without external assistance.

6. Business Reasoning

This section assesses verbal and numerical reasoning through word relationships, logical statements and workplace-style mathematical problems. It generally takes approximately 20–25 minutes. Pen and paper are permitted, but calculators and outside assistance are not.
