Yes, the CBSA hiring process differs from other law enforcement application process. Every law enforcement department across Canada has marginally different application processes.
If I join anEDGE how long do you stay with me or how long your does your program last?
anEDGE is committed to coaching and mentoring you through the CBSA hiring process and getting you hired, and our programs are designed as such. We are with you until you get hired or pursue an alternative career. We have clients hired in 3 months, and some younger applicants have been with us for many years.
Can I hire anEDGE for just the CBSA interview coaching?
Yes, many of our applicants are already in the CBSA or any other police application process and hire us just for the interview coaching portion.
How many CBSA interview coaching sessions will i receive. ?
Typically, 5-6 CBSA Interview coaching sessions prepare you, but we are more focused and committed to preparing you for your CBSA interview
If I sign up for CBSA interviewing coaching only. How much time do you need to get me ready.
We want at least three weeks. Many clients come to us on shorter timelines, and we try to accommodate them, but three weeks is optimal.
In which law enforcement departments does anEDGE specialize in coaching and mentoring in.
Most of our time is taken up with applicants going through the 3 or 4 largest Canadian law enforcement departments; anEDGE has experience dealing with every department’s application process and is not restricted to Municipal Police, CBSA, or the RCMP application process. We also do Corrections services and Sheriff’s departments.

Grant From Manitoba – if you are motivated to begin your career in policing and know you have great work/life experience but are not sure how to articulate your competencies in the STAR format, you’ve come to the right place.
